If you have Powerpoint 2003 or earlier installed on your computer, you will need to download the Compatibility Pack from Microsoft for some of the files below. It is a free download.

If you are asked to enter your password after selecting an item on the menu below, you may click cancel. It is not necessary to enter your password again.

To print, click Edit, then Edit Slides. Next click View, then Slide Sorter. Click File then Print. In the bottom of the Print dialog box, change Print what: to Handouts. In the Handouts area, select the number of slides per page that you would like to print. When you are ready to print, click OK.
