There are two possible reasons why your password does not work.

1) You must include "clinton\" before you enter your username. Note that this is a backslash, not a slash. See the example below.

2) If you typed "clinton\" before your user name and it still does not work, your password may need to be reset. Click here for information about resetting your password.
